Ethiopian beef tartar marinated in mitmita and spiced butter, served with Ayib cheese and spinach.

Strips of fried beef fillet served with bell peppers, onions, spinach, salad, and injera.

Diced meat sautéed in a hot pan with onions and garlic, then seasoned with our homemade spiced clarified butter, rosemary, fresh tomatoes, green bell peppers, and traditional spices. Available with lamb or chicken.
